Bee Caviar

Raw honeycomb, cut and sealed in a tin. No extraction, no filtration, no heat — the comb exactly as the bees capped it, with the honey still held inside the wax.

Eat it whole: the wax is edible. Best at room temperature, on a spoon or over something plain enough to get out of its way.
