2. Agreement
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.
3. Products
We sell honey and related food products. Product photographs are representative. Because honey is a natural product, colour, viscosity and flavour vary between harvests and between batches. Crystallisation is a natural property of raw honey and is not a fault.
4. Product information and claims
We publish compositional and laboratory data for our products. We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims for any product, and nothing on this site should be read as one. Product information is provided for accuracy, not as advice on health or diet. If you have a medical condition or a known allergy, consult a qualified professional before changing your diet.
5. Pricing
Prices are in UAE Dirhams and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, and a price change does not affect an order already accepted. We do not run sales, clearance events or discount promotions. If you are offered a DAY21 discount code by any third party, it did not come from us.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where we cannot deliver to the address given, or where we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund any payment in full.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Orders are dispatched once payment clears.
8. Delivery and risk
Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Delivery terms are set out in our shipping policy.
9. Returns
Set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, laboratory reports, the batch verification system and its published data, and the DAY21 name and marks — belongs to us or is used under licence. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.
11. Reviews and user content
We publish customer reviews unedited. We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or that makes a medical or therapeutic claim about our products, since we are not permitted to publish such claims whether or not we wrote them.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
