DAY21

Origin

DAY21 is a UAE-born premium honey company, headquartered in Dubai, created from a simple belief: that nature already knows how to create something extraordinary.

We believe that honey should be experienced as nature intended—pure, authentic and untouched. Our journey began with a desire to bring one of nature's most precious treasures into everyday life, creating a modern brand around wellness, beauty, energy and meaningful daily rituals.

Sourcing from the rich heritage of Yemeni honey farms DAY21 was created to honour tradition while giving it a new expression for a new generation. The name DAY21 represents transformation through consistency—the belief that the small choices we make every day can become powerful rituals over time.

DAY21 stands for a return to what is real. For centuries, honey has been part of the story of our region—from the Arabian Peninsula and across the GCC to the wider Middle East. It has been shared in our homes, valued in our traditions and passed through generations as a symbol of nature, generosity and wellbeing.

We believe that the traditions we inherit, the food we share and the identity we carry are all part of a story meant to live on. They are meant to be remembered, relived and exchanged from one generation to another and from one home to another. Honey has always carried meaning beyond what is inside the jar—it has been an expression of generosity, connection and care.

That is why DAY21 presents honey as more than something we consume. It is a language of gifting. A way to exchange love, celebrate relationships and hospitality to share a piece of heritage with one another. Built in the UAE and created for the region and beyond, DAY21 brings together heritage, nature and a modern way of living—without compromising on purity, authenticity or quality.

Honey, as it is.

Why twenty-one days

DAY21 is named for a measurement. Bees need twenty-one days to turn raw nectar into sealed, mature honey. Everything we do is downstream of refusing to shorten that.

The tree

Sidr honey comes from bees foraging Ziziphus spina-christi, the Sidr or Christ's thorn jujube. It flowers briefly — weeks, not months — once or twice a year depending on rainfall. The tree grows in arid valley systems rather than cultivated orchards, so hives are carried to the trees rather than the other way round. A poor rain year is a poor honey year, and there is no way to compensate for it.

Three honeys, three sources

IRAM is Sidr Doani. TUBBA is Sidr Osaimi. Both are Sidr; they come from different sources and they do not taste the same. AWSAN is Samra, a darker forage with a different character altogether. We keep them separate rather than blending them into one house style, because blending is how a honey stops being from anywhere in particular.

IRAM+ and TUBBA+ are the same honeys with a piece of raw comb suspended in the bottle. The comb is edible.

Ripeness

Honey can be taken early, at higher moisture, and dried industrially. It yields more and it yields sooner. Leaving it capped in the comb until the bees have finished produces less honey, later, and the difference is not visible in the bottle without a laboratory.

That is the whole reason we publish laboratory analysis for every batch. Not as a marketing gesture — as the only way a claim about ripeness can be checked by the person paying for it.

What we do not say

We report what is measurably in the honey. We make no medical, therapeutic or health claims, and we would ask you to be sceptical of anyone selling honey who does.

We also do not discount. If the price is right in June it is right in December, and a brand that runs a clearance event has told you the price was never real.
