Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

DAY21 sells a food product whose value rests on verifiable provenance. Our returns policy is built around that: we would rather take a jar back than have you keep one you have any doubt about.

The authenticity guarantee

Every DAY21 jar carries a batch number linking to a public page with its full third-party laboratory analysis. If an independent laboratory test finds that a jar you purchased does not match the published analysis for its batch, we will refund the purchase in full, reimburse the reasonable cost of the test, and publish a correction to the batch page. This guarantee has no time limit.

Unopened jars

You may return any unopened jar within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The jar must be unopened, with its seal intact, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the return results from an error on our part or a damaged delivery.

Opened jars

If you have opened a jar and it is not what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery and tell us what happened. We handle these case by case and we are not difficult about it. Because honey is a food product, we cannot resell a returned open jar, so we will usually resolve this without asking you to ship anything back.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Photograph the parcel and its contents before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the order or refund it in full, at your choice, and we will cover all shipping costs.

Crystallisation is not a defect

Raw honey crystallises. It is a sign that the honey has not been heat-treated to prevent it. Crystallisation does not affect quality, safety or flavour, and it is not grounds for a return — though if it concerns you, write to us and we will explain what you are seeing.

How to start a return

Email day21honey@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to happen. We aim to reply within one business day.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines how long the funds take to appear, typically 5 to 10 business days.

Your statutory rights

This policy sits alongside your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and does not limit them.
