Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates. Additional markets will be announced as they open.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 Gulf Standard Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on Fridays, weekends and UAE public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times

Typically 3 to 5 business days across the United Arab Emirates, and often sooner within Dubai and Sharjah. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves us.

Packaging

Every jar travels in a rigid protective insert inside a shipping carton. We ship in glass because glass does not interact with honey; the packaging exists to make sure the glass arrives intact. If it does not, see our refund policy — damaged deliveries are replaced or refunded in full.

Temperature

Honey is shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration in transit. Summer transit temperatures in the UAE may soften honey or accelerate natural crystallisation changes. Neither affects quality.

Addresses

Please give a complete address including building name, apartment or villa number, and a contactable mobile number. UAE addresses without a building identifier are the single most common cause of delayed delivery.

Failed delivery

Our courier will attempt delivery twice and will contact you on the number provided. If both attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply.
