Verification

Check the jar in your hand.

Every jar carries a lot number. Scan the QR code on the label, or type the number below, and you will get the complete third-party laboratory analysis for that exact batch.

No batches are published yet. The first harvest record goes live with the first shipment.

DAY21

Batch verification

What is on a batch record

  • Region and wadi of origin
  • Named apiary partner
  • Harvest window
  • Number of jars in the batch
  • Moisture, HMF and diastase
  • Pollen analysis, with the actual Ziziphus percentage
  • C4 sugar result by isotope-ratio mass spectrometry
  • Safety panel: antibiotic residues, pesticides, heavy metals
  • The name of the testing laboratory and the date of the test
  • The full report, as a PDF, unedited

Our commitment

We publish every batch. If a batch performs less well than we would like on any parameter, it is published anyway, with a note explaining what we did about it.

This is not modesty. A transparency programme that publishes only flattering results is worth nothing, because the moment anyone notices the omissions, every previously published result becomes suspect too. The discipline is the entire value of the exercise.

If you find a discrepancy

If an independent laboratory test finds that a jar you purchased does not match the published analysis for its batch, we will refund the purchase in full, reimburse the reasonable cost of the test, and publish a correction to the batch record. This guarantee has no time limit.
